Summary.
The authors describe the internal and external circumstances affecting the choice of strategy of Belarus’ development. The current management system, the estimation of the sectoral structure of the economy being the most urgent problem have been analyzed and the government priorities for the near future given. There were defined the state priorities for the nearest future and scientific prognosis principles of the socio-economic development.
