Summary.
The article considers the issues of scientific and practical relevance in development of the methodology for business process reengineering in the banking industry, introduction of innovative tools into the management system of the commercial bank based on process approach and contributing to establishment of the effective operational management model in the competitive environment. The insight was made into arrangement and maintenance of operational business in BPS-Sberbank, based on implementation of business process reengineering by transforming the operational model of the bank, and centralization of the foreign exchange control functions.
