Targeted vouchers as an effective form of supporting the innovative potential of enterprises

Summary.
The article considers the stimulating mechanism of the economy innovative development with the help of targeted vouchers aimed to solve specific problems related to the SME innovative activity. The authors analyze the experience of the People's Republic of China in the effective use of the vouchers to support the innovation entrepreneurship, and give suggestions for Belarus.
