Studying the protective materials resistance to high-speed particle impact.
Using the example of a common structural alloy, D16T, a method for studying the protective materials resistance to high-speed particle impacts was developed and implemented. Combining experiments and numerical modeling, as the most promising approach to studying highspeed impacts, allows us to obtain values that can be used to describe the behavior of target materials without labor-intensive and expensive testing.

Computer-aided identification of candidate molecules for tuberculosis drugs
A virtual screening of a biologically active compounds library was conducted to identify small molecules capable of inhibiting the catalytic activity of one of the key enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of mycolic acids in the cell wall of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. A lead compound was identified that holds promise as a base structure for the development of new anti-tuberculosis molecules.
