The article analyzes the intellectual property management system in the Republic of Belarus, including the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government. The conclusion is drawn on the prevalence of public sector organizations in creating the inventions, utility models, plant varieties and topologies of integrated microcircuits. Measures are proposed to further improve the intellectual property management system in Belarus.
