Practice of concluding the production secrets (know-how) transfer agreements
The Belarus’ trade secrets protecting (know-how) practice in different time periods has been summarized, and statistics on the contracts registration in the patent office in 1993–2013 provided. There have been analyzed the basic requirements to agreements on the disposal of rights to know-how. The unsolved problems in the national legislation that complicate the process of production secrets transfer have been identified.

Parthanatosis in virus-associated liver and colon cancer
There were studied the tumor tissue samples from patients with liver and colon cancer. It has been shown that the concentration of antibodies to PARP as a biomarker of parthanatosis in them is higher than in healthy tissues, which suggests that viruses stimulate cell DNA damage during oncogenesis of the liver and large intestine.
