The analysis of sex-specific association of the СОМТ, DRD2/ANKK1 (dopaminergic system) and MTHFR, MIR137, DNMT3B gene polymorphism with schizophrenia risk in Belarusian population; symptom severity for patients in acute and remission stage; cognitive function; treatment trajectory during antipsychotic maintenance treatment has been conducted. Genetic differences in clinical presentation among male and female schizophrenia patients have been found.
