Summary.
Modern engineering industry faced a problem of low competitive ability of their products, one of the reasons being the ineffective use of the manufacturing resources. The author analyses this problem, and suggests the day-to-day planning as a way to solve it. He suggests the model, that will provide the operational scheduling of different works and more effective use of the equipment and manufacturing areas.
