Аннотация. Анализируются документы в области интеллектуальной собственности (ИС), принятые международными организациями, отмечается опыт и проблемы, касающиеся разработки политики в этой сфере в НАН Украины, затронуты актуальные вопросы обеспечения охраны и использования ОИС академическими научными организациями.
