Correction with w-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids of disturbances in energy processes in the brain tissues of rats with subtotal cerebral ischemia
The parameters of mitochondria respiration of brain homogenates and the content of ATP synthase in rats with cerebral ischemia were studied with /without the introduction of ??3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. A favorable effect of these acids on the hippocampus structures and a lesser severity of neurological deficit manifestations were observed.
